With Latest Minor Release new functionality "Report Scheduler" and "Staff Voicemail" is introduced
HSC Report Scheduler
HSC Report Scheduler enables a wide range of options for task automation. HSC Report Scheduler lets users create Report templates which are automatically triggered at select times. Scheduled reports are emailed in one of the following formats: PDF, Excel, HTML or XML.
Voicemail for Hotel Staff
No longer will hotel staff need to check multiple mailboxes. Integrated HSC Advanced messaging system now provides all Hospitality messaging features integrated in one system:
- Guest Voice Messaging
- Staff Voice Messaging
- Guest Wakeup System
- Minibar / Laundry posting to the PMS
- Room status / Housekeeping status
- Multilingual support
