With Latest Minor Release several exciting new features are introduced: improved service tracking functionality, additional languages and improved security for Cloud installations

HSC Internal Advanced Messaging System learns 3 new languages
HSC Internal Advanced Messaging System is getting a boost with the addition of 3 new languages. The new additions include Greek, Turkish and Arabic voice prompts which are now included in standard delivery, Chinese and Japanese will follow soon. With the new additions HSC Messaging System now supports 12 different languages.
New prompts are also available for all current customers with valid SWA subscription.

Service Tracking – Automatic tasks
Automatic tasks are triggered on specific events defined by you. Would you like to deliver champagne to the room when VIP customer checks in?

HSC Connect, Entry and Service tracking are now Cloud ready
With improved security features (full SSL support and certificate handling) complete HSC suite is now Cloud ready. Now HSC clients can take advantage of Cloud infrastructure in order to increase data security, gain data agility, and lower cost.
