Lastna VoIP telefonska centrala je priljubljena mo\u017enost, saj podjetjem omogo\u010da, da ustvarijo raz\u0161irljivo re\u0161itev, ki ustreza njihovim potrebam. Ena od glavnih funkcionalnosti, ki jih ponuja tak\u0161na telefonska centrala, so funkcije klicnega centra, ki organizacijam omogo\u010dajo implementacijo lastnega lokaliziranega klicnega centra, da olaj\u0161ajo komunikacijo s svojimi strankami. Telefonske centrale Grandstream UCM imajo vgrajene funkcije klicnega centra, ki podjetjem omogo\u010dajo u\u010dinkovito in uspe\u0161no implementacijo lastnega klicnega centra. Ko bo v \u010dakalni vrsti prese\u017een nastavljen \u010dakalni prag, bo stranki ponujena mo\u017enost, da \u0161e naprej \u010daka ali se odlo\u010di za povratni klic brez izgube polo\u017eaja v \u010dakalni vrsti. UCM nato samodejno pokli\u010de \u0161tevilko za povratni klic, ko je ta stranka na vrsti. UCM ima tudi vgrajeno merjenje uspe\u0161nosti delovanja klicnega centra in oceno agenta. Te podatke je mogo\u010de raz\u010dleniti po \u010dakalnih vrstah, lahko pa jih spremljate tudi za sistem v celoti. Nadzorniki imajo mo\u017enost ro\u010dnega vpogleda v poro\u010dila ali avtomatskega vnaprej nastavljenega po\u0161iljanja.<\/p>\n<h4>Integracija telefonije in ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva (CTI)<\/h4>\n<p>Integracija telefonije in ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva je tehnologija, ki povezuje telefonsko centralo in razne ra\u010dunalni\u0161ke programe. Portal agenta omogo\u010da dostop do razli\u010dnih funkcij, vklju\u010dno z uporabni\u0161kimi informacijami, konfiguracijo raz\u0161iritev, nastavitvami in \u0161e ve\u010d. Vsak agent se lahko prijavi s svojim ra\u010dunom in dostopa do \u010dakalne vrste klicev, kjer ima mo\u017enost nadzora svojih klicev in statusa. Nadzornik ima na razpolago \u0161e dodatne funkcije za nadzor nad \u010dakalno vrsto.<\/p>\n<h4>CRM integracija<\/h4>\n<p>Centrale UCM podpirajo tudi integracijo s sistemi za upravljanje odnosov s strankami (CRM). Tak\u0161na integracija uporabnikom omogo\u010da iskanje kontaktnih podatkov, zbranih v CRM zapisih. Podprta je integracija s priljubljenimi CRM sistemi, kot so SugarCRM, ZOHO CRM in Salesforce.<\/p>\n<h4>IVR in snemanje klicev<\/h4>\n<p>Telefonske centrale UCM podpirajo tudi 5 nivojski IVR sistem.
